Who we are

This website is run by the owners of Apartment 521 St James, Praia da Luz, Portugal ("we"). Contact: bookings@luzseaview.com.

What we collect and why

When you send a reservation request we receive the details you enter — your name, email address, optional phone number and country, your dates, number of guests and any message. We use them only to reply to your request and, if you book, to manage your stay. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Where it is stored

Requests are delivered to us by email through our website host's form service [Netlify, Inc.]. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not send marketing.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Booking records are kept as long as Portuguese tax and local-accommodation rules require, including any guest registration we are legally obliged to make.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Fonts are served from this website, not from third parties.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing us. You may also complain to the Portuguese data-protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt), or your own national authority.
